Focusing on magnet product customization, customized cases：

1.Carabiner magnet, the product is as shown in the picture.

The product consists of internally threaded magnet D20, nut (M4*6mm) and gasket, retaining ring and spring steel.

We first find D20 magnets and pot magnetic internal thread magnets with a pulling force of 12kg based on the samples provided by the customers, and ensure that the size of the buckle matches the magnet. Then went to the hardware market to find  high quality nuts and washers. At the same time, the buckle sample was sent to the mold manufacturer for custom mold opening, CNC processing, and was confirmed to be reinforced and toughened PA6. Measure the size of the spring steel and search from many sources. There is no exact same size and it needs to be customized.

Finally It took 20 days, a perfect sample was customized and six sets were sent to the customer for testing, which successfully passed the test.

Because of hard work, good communication and control of quality, the price is also very advantageous. Signed a long-term supply agreement with the customer.
